Fall Art Fair

The 3rd annual Eureka Springs Fall Art Fair will take place Saturday November 24th, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday the 25th, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Inn of the Ozarks Convention Center, Eureka Springs, AR.
Local and regional artists will display works that include paintings, sculpture, pottery, drawings, jewelry, stained glass, and more. All work will be for sale and art lovers will find it the ideal time to purchase one-of-a-kind Holiday gifts or to add pieces to their own collections.
Show producer Steve Schmidt has lined up more than 75 participants. Interest has been growing for this show and more artists from outside the immediate area will be displaying work. The exhibit is juried so expect to see high quality work. It is truly a “fine art” show.
The label however does not exclude one from purchasing affordable pieces as many artists will offer prints, giclees, cards, and small items with prices to fit all budgets.
T’Lousie, writer for Sunshine Artists Magazine, says, “The show is a one of a kind event for Northwest Arkansas featuring the very best artists of the area showing unique high quality art.” Many of the participants are award winning with national reputations.
Eureka Springs is increasingly becoming known as a thriving art center. The Fall Art Fair not only enhances the town’s reputation in that realm but due to the quality of exhibitors, proves that we deserve that label.

P.S. Have to toot my own horn a little as I was notified of the following; Zeek Taylor has had two works accepted into the prestigious American Juried Art Salon’s 2007 Fall/Winter show. The work, “Icarus Preparing For Flight” was the grand prize winner receiving the Award of Excellence in the water media division. “Sweet Musette” was also accepted into the water media division.
